For 300 years, the Domaine Sainte-Hélène has been an agricultural property steeped in history, set in the Var countryside, in the heart of Provence.
The childhood home of Luke Dillon-Mahon, Domaine Sainte-Hélène was bought by his parents, both of whom are artists. The property was preserved for 30 years much like a work of art.
For the past 5 years, Luke Dillon-Mahon and his wife Aurélie-Anne Franiatte have been making the estate their own, shaping it according to their vision of a living, welcoming, pollution-free olive and horticultural property.
Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil from Domaine Sainte-Hélène
Domaine Sainte-Hélène is a certified organic olive-growing estate. Production comes from 400 century-old olive trees spread over 20 hectares.
You can buy organic extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed, from this magical place in the heart of Provence.

Perfume Flowers from Domaine Sainte-Hélène
The flat lands of the Domaine Sainte-Hélène are reserved for the production of flowers that are destined to be turned into perfume. These flowers are grown for the Haute Parfumerie in Grasse, the world capital of perfume, which is located under 1 hours’ drive away.
Currently, the Iris Pallida flowers flourish in our fields and perfume the terraces of our estate throughout the seasons.
